Creating an autoresponder
An autoresponder is used to automatically respond to email messages.
When a user sends an email to the address you create an autoresponder for, cPanel will automatically reply with the autoresponder message.
This demonstration shows how to create an autoresponder.
Simply follow the simple instructions below.
Select the Mail link.

Complete the following instructions.
Enter the email address that will be used to send the autoresponder message,
Enter the name that the response will be from,
Enter the subject of the response,
Select the character set to be used for the response. If you are unsure what to use select us-ascii,
If you wish to use HTML tick the box.
Enter the message you wish to be sent as an auto-reply in the box. You can use the following special phrases.
%subject%: This will be replaced with the subject of the message sent to the autoresponder,
%from%: This will be replaced with the name of the user that sent you the message,
%email%: This will be replaced with the email address of the user that sent you the message.
Click the Create/Modify button.
