Creating a default (catch-all) email account

The purpose of a catch-all email account is to allow you to receive mail that is sent to your domain, but sent to an email address which does not yet have a POP3 email account. Your catch-all email account will 'catch' this email for you and forward it to a specified email address. This demonstration shows how to create a catch-all email account.

Simply follow the simple instructions below.

  1. Select the Mail link.

  2. Select the Default Address link.

  3. Select the Set Default Address link.

  4. Complete the following instructions.
    • Select the domain from the drop down box you wish to setup the catch-all for.
    • Enter the email address you wish your email to be forwarded to (the email address does not need to be hosted with us) or enter ":fail: no such address here", if you wish to stop receiving all unrouted email.
    • Click the Change button.
