Creating a default (catch-all) email account

The purpose of a catch-all email account is to allow you to receive mail that is sent to your domain, but sent to an email address which does not yet have a POP3 email account. Your catch-all email account will 'catch' this email for you and forward it to a specified email address. This demonstration shows how to create a catch-all email account.

Simply follow the simple instructions below.

Select the Mail link.

Select the Default Address link.

Select the Set Default Address link.

Complete the following instructions.
- Select the domain from the drop down box you wish to setup the catch-all for.
- Enter the email address you wish your email to be forwarded to (the email address does not need to be hosted with us) or enter ":fail: no such address here", if you wish to stop receiving all unrouted email.
- Click the Change button.
