Customising error pages

You may create your own custom error pages for your website. This demonstration shows how to create those error pages using cPanel.

Simply follow the simple instructions below.

1. Select the Error pages link.

2. You can create different error pages for each error type. Click the image of the error type you would like to create a page for.

3. Complete the following instructions.
   • Enter the HTML you wish to use in the main text box.
   • The buttons at the top allow you to insert statements in your HTML that reflect what the button says. For example, the Referring URL button will display the URL that the person viewing your error page came from.
   • If you wish to use a custom name for your error page enter it in the Save as box.
   • Click the Save button.
