Upgrading/downgrading multiple accounts

In the Account upgrades/downgrades demonstration we show how to modify the limits of an account to predefined limits of a package. If you have mulitple accounts which need to be changed in this way, you can use the Modify Multiple Accounts function. This demonstration shows how to upgrade/downgrade multiple accounts at once with WHM.

Simply follow the simple instructions below.

1. Select the Multi-Account Functions link.

2. Select the Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts link.

3. Complete the following instructions.
   • Tick all of the accounts you wish to modify.
   • You can search for accounts by entering their username in the right hand box and clicking the appropriate button.
   • To modify the language for the selected accounts, choose the new language from the language box.
   • To modify the package for the selected accounts, choose the new package from the package box.
   • Click the Change button.
   NOTE: This feature upgrades all the selected accounts to the same package. If you need to upgrade/downgrade multiple accounts, each to a different package, you must do this individually.
