In the Your Name box, enter your name as you would like it to appear in your outgoing email.
In the E-mail Address box, enter your e-mail address.
In the Incoming mail server (POP3) box, check your welcome email for details of your mail server, typically it will be mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your domain name.
In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, check your welcome email for details of your mail server, typically it will be mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your domain name. You may choose to use your ISP for outgoing mail, typically this setting would be smtp.yourisp.com, but you should check with your ISP.
In the User Name box, enter your username. In most cases your username will be your full email address.
In the Password box, enter the password for this mail account. This is not your cPanel password, it is the password given by you when the mail account was created.
Enter a name for your mail account, this can be anything you choose, it is used by Outlook when listing your mail accounts. Click the Outgoing Server tab.

Complete the following instructions.
If you are using our server you must tick My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and leave the dot in Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
If you are using your ISP for your outgoing server, it is likely you will need to tick the My server requires authentication and then place a dot in Log on using and enter your ISP's username and password (check these settings with your ISP).
