This demo will show you how to create an email account in Outlook Express.
Simply follow the simple instructions below.
Click Tools on the main menu and select Accounts from the drop down menu.

Click on the Mail tab, click Add and then select Mail.

Enter your name as you would like it to appear in your outgoing mail and click Next.

Enter the email address for the account you wish to create and click Next.

To enter your email nameservers, complete the following instructions.
Set your incoming mail server (POP3) to mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your domain.
Set your outgoing mailserver (SMTP) to mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your domain.
If you use your ISP for outgoing mail, ask them for details.
To enter Internet Mail Logon details, complete the following instructions.
Enter your account name, this your entire email address as set up in cPanel.
Some servers with other hosts are configured to only require the username however our servers are not set up in this way.
Click Finish. Ensure you continue to Step 8 to complete the process.

To complete the final steps, click on the mail tab, select the account you have just entered
(listed as the incoming mail server) and click Properties.

Complete the following instructions, in the General tab.
Enter the name by which you would like to refer to these servers.
Enter your name.
Enter your email address
To include this account when sending and receiving mail, ensure you put a tick in the box.
In the Servers tab, you must tick "My server requires authentication" otherwise you will not be able to send email via our server.
If you are using your ISPs outgoing server, please contact them for details of whether this setting is required or not.
Click on Settings.

Unless using your ISPs mail server, use the same settings as your incoming server.
Click OK.

You should check you have configured your new email account correctly by sending yourself a test email message,
to an email account hosted elsewhere. Don't forget to send a test reply also!
