Terminating an account

This demonstration shows how to terminate an account in WHM.
Should you require to terminate multiple accounts please see Terminating an account for further details.

WARNING: This action is irreversible. The website, email accounts, DNS etc will all be removed.
We strongly advise a full cPanel backup to be stored locally prior to termination if you suspect you may wish to reinstate the terminated account in the future.

Simply follow the simple instructions below.

  1. Select the Account Functions link.

  2. Select the Terminate an Account link.

  3. Select the account you wish to terminate, you can select an account by domain name or by username. If you wish to keep the DNS zone, tick the keep dns zone box. Click the Terminate button (remember this is final).
