Terminating multiple accounts

In the Terminating an account demonstration we show how to terminate an account in WHM. This demonstration shows how to terminate multiple accounts at once with WHM.

WARNING: This action is irreversible. The website, email accounts, DNS etc will all be removed.
We strongly advise a full cPanel backup to be stored locally prior to termination if you suspect you may wish to reinstate the terminated account in the future.

Simply follow the simple instructions below.

  1. Select the Multi-Account Functions link.

  2. Select the Terminate Multiple Accounts link.

  3. Complete the following instructions.
    • Tick all of the accounts you wish to delete.
    • If you wish to keep the DNS zone for an account, tick the appropriate keep dns zonebox.
    • Follow the onscreen instructions and enter the text "I understand that this will irrevocably remove all the accounts that have been checked" in the text box. Failure to do this will prevent the accounts being terminated.
    • Click the Destroy Selected Accounts button (remember this is final).
