Account upgrades/downgrades

This feature allows you to modify the limits of an account to the predefined limits of a package. This demonstration shows how to upgrade and downgrade an account.
Should you require to modify multiple accounts please see Upgrading/downgrading multiple accounts for further details.

Simply follow the simple instructions below.

1. Select the Account Functions link.

2. Select the Upgrade/Downgrade an Account link.

3. Select a customer by either their domain or by their username and then click the Modify button.

4. Select the new package for this account and click the Change button.

5. Well Done! You have successfully completed our demonstration.
